Mollie Tanjoco, MPT

My name is Mollie and I am a physical therapist and CEO of Milestone Physical Therapy, Inc.  I am native to the Sacramento area and proud to serve this amazing community.   I have been a physical therapist since 2004 and have been lucky enough to experience diverse career opportunities.  Beginning with sports medicine and orthopedics, I moved into neurological rehab and home health.  After growing our family (3 amazing boys), I designed a private practice specializing in myofascial release and pelvic health.  In 2012, I worked to develop a Pelvic Health program for men with pelvic pain and post-prostatectomy incontinence for Kaiser Permanente in Roseville.  The common factor in all of my treatment has always been the integration of manual therapy and functional movement.   For most patients, I have found that there is something holding them back from using exercise alone to recover.  Faulty alignment, adhesion, improper sequencing of muscles, and fear of movement can all be addressed through a hands-on approach.  This approach has helped me to move patients into daily movement and exercise with confidence.  I feel so grateful to all of my patients for trusting me to walk with them on their journey.  Please read some testimonials from our amazing patients!

Tiffany Loeffler, DPT

My name is Tiffany and I'm a physical therapist and also have a background in massage therapy. I went to UC Davis where I graduated with a degree in Exercise Physiology in 2004 and then attended University of the Pacific where I received my doctorate in physical therapy in 2007. I am passionate about hands-on rehab as well as good education regarding the anatomy of healthy bodies, injury prevention and management, and maintaining good body mechanics during everyday activities. I have treated patients as young as 4 and as mature as 98 years old and I love working with people of all ages! While I like treating all types of injuries, I especially enjoy treating difficult cases of low back pain, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, and total knee replacements.  I have been married to my best friend, Matt, since December of 2006 and we have 2 adopted children from Haiti. During our adoption journey I also realized my desire to become an orphan advocate so when I'm not working with my PT patients, I am leading a non-profit to meet the needs of fatherless kids throughout our region. * not currently accepting new patients *

Helen Valentine Fleck, PT, DPT

Hello! My name is Helen Valentine Fleck and I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy. I am originally from South Florida, but moved to San Antonio, TX where I received my degrees in Dance and Kinesiology, as well as my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from University of Texas Health – San Antonio. I relocated from Texas to Placer County in 2021 and am so excited to start my California adventure and explore this beautiful area. With a background in dance and education, I taught high school dance and color guard for several years before switching my focus to physical therapy. I have a passion for pelvic floor physical therapy and a desire to educate the community on pelvic health and wellness! I am so delighted to be here and I can’t wait to meet you!

Suzanne Talbert, PT

Hello, my name is Suzanne, and I have been a California licensed physical therapist and Polestar Pilates practitioner since 1998. I started my career with a strong emphasis on helping others with low back pain as I myself underwent four years of physical therapy as a teenager to improve my scoliosis. Having had such promising results integrating Pilates into my own rehab, I carried it over to my patients with positive outcomes and feedback. Pilates is just one tool in a large toolbox I use to move my patients toward their goals.

I am excited to be working at Milestone and integrating my knowledge with women’s and men’s health. I have years of experience treating pelvic floor dysfunction and pelvic pain. Helping others to reduce their incontinence, improve their constipation and pain, and move with more ease is very rewarding.

I have had extensive training in manual therapy using various methods including joint mobilization, myofascial release of restricted fascia and tissue, cupping, passive stretching, and other hands-on approaches. I believe strongly in balancing the body and integrating the whole system to improve one’s function and an overall sense of wellbeing.

If my first passion is helping individuals feel better, my second passion is teaching. I spend a lot of time helping others to understand their bodies, why they have dysfunction or pain, and educating them in self-help strategies to integrate throughout their day. It is through education that individuals can make progress when they understand what daily activities are helpful or harmful.

I have been married for 23 years to my college sweetheart and we have two children, ages 17 and 19. As a family, we are huge outdoor enthusiasts participating in dirt biking, camping, and mountain biking. Currently, I coach high school mountain bikers through the National Interscholastic Cycling League as a Level 3 Coach. I thoroughly enjoy organizing skills clinics to help empower women to feel more confident riding on trails and enjoying nature. I also hike, swim, and paddleboard regularly. My goal is to help others discover activities they can do to find more joy in life.

Katie Sun Worrall, PT, DPT, RYT

Hello, my name is Katie and I am a physical therapist. I am originally from the Bay Area but moved to the big apple to attend Barnard College where I received my Bachelor of Arts in Dance and History. I then went on to dance for several contemporary dance companies in New York City.

While dancing professionally, I suffered an injury that opened my eyes to the world of physical therapy. I returned to school and received my Doctorate in Physical Therapy with honors from Columbia University in 2019. While earning my degree, I conducted research on adolescent dancer screens and completed advanced training in orthopedics and dance medicine physical therapy. I have also given several injury prevention workshops for dancers.

My background has given me exceptional understanding for individuals suffering from injuries. While under my care, patients can expect to receive a comprehensive plan with the goal of returning to the activities they enjoy. I love helping my patients return to what they love doing – whether it’s dancing, running, walking, or playing with their grandchildren, I am most rewarded when my patients are happy.

My love of movement and sharing it with others also led me to become a yoga teacher. I enjoy incorporating my yoga training and breathing techniques into my physical therapy practice. I teach yoga class in the gym at Milestone. Check the calendar for dates and times, all levels are welcome!

Hi! My name is JP! I am a physical therapist and performance coach for runners. My professional career has revolved around helping endurance athletes, especially with running. Though at the heart of it, I am extremely passionate about serving people in a meaningful way.

My understanding of movement actually started with character animation for a game at 15 years old. This involved making human-like characters move. However, in order to make characters do things, like walk, you need an in-depth understanding of anatomy, the parts, and the proper timing of how those parts move in relation to each other.

While I found movement fascinating, I still did not understand how meaningful it was until the moment my grandma fell and was unable to walk. I remember how frustrated she was. However, I also remember the moment she was able to walk again for the first time. She had such a huge smile on her face. I ended up smiling too. I never knew how much of an impact physical therapy can have until that moment.

My desire to see more of those special moments eventually led me to getting my Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2017. And since then, I developed a special interest in working with endurance athletes, like runners and triathletes. With my expertise, I have been able to take people from being unable to walk to completing marathons and Ironman’s... even those who are 60+ years old! I truly feel blessed to be able to experience these moments with my clients.

Chelsea Saville, PT, DPT

Hi! I am Chelsea. I was raised in Rocklin, but moved to San Diego to complete both my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and my Doctorate of Physical Therapy at San Diego State University. (Go Aztecs!) After living in San Diego for 13 years I am back and excited to explore all that Placer county has to offer.  During my doctoral program I participated in developing, executing, and publishing a research project focusing on the importance of pelvic floor and core strength from an orthopedic point of view for populations including low back pain, hip dysfunction, and postpartum women. Throughout my years as an orthopedic physical therapist, I have been lucky enough to experience treating a wide variety of populations including those seeking treatment for general musculoskeletal impairments, balance training, post operative rehab, neurological disorders, return to sport, and injury prevention.

As a former competitive volleyball player, I know it is important to work directly with patients to create a well-rounded rehabilitation protocol unique to each patient’s goals and needs. My favorite part of being a physical therapist is helping people understand the anatomy and mechanism of their pain so that they can feel empowered to make meaningful and prolonged progress. When not in the clinic you can find me playing volleyball, seeking out the best iced coffee in the area, or exploring with my husband and 2 super fluffy dogs.

Meghan Ring, PT, DPT, CLT

My name is Meghan Ring. I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. I graduated from Northeastern University in Boston, MA in 2007 and completed my Lymphedema certification through Klose Training in 2021. I have worked in outpatient orthopedics, acute care, pediatrics, outpatient neuro, and The Sutter Roseville Lymphedema Clinic. I am passionate about helping my patients increase their mobility and strength, and return to the things they love with less pain and limitations. I believe that a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education is important to improve a person's function and reduce their level of pain.

I moved from the Bay Area to Rocklin with my husband and two young boys, ages 10 and 8, in December of 2020. I love this community! When I am not at work, I love to go to Pilates and Yoga classes, walk, strength train, read, and hang out with my family.

I am so excited to be a part of the Milestone Team and look forward to helping you feel better and stronger.

Chantelle Vaughan, MPT

Hello and welcome! My name is Chantelle Vaughan and I have had the opportunity to serve my community through the practice of Physical Therapy over the last 12 years. Physical therapy always felt like the perfect career path to meld my love for movement and science. I achieved a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from California State University Sacramento. During my Bachelor’s studies, I discovered the pelvic health specialty within PT, and since then have dedicated my studies to focus on diagnosis and treatment of pelvic related disorders affecting women, men and children.

Movement has always been my mentor. I find it fascinating how movement patterns often reveal the solution to pain and dysfunction. Facilitating healthy patterns through neuromuscular re-education, biofeedback, self care and manual therapy creates a team based approach between

myself and my patient. Through the years, I have had the privilege of partnering with patients struggling with incontinence, prolapse, orthopedic issues or pelvic pain to regain their mobility and become empowered to be active in their healing.

When I am not practicing physical therapy, I enjoy campervan trips with my husband and dog, “Hula”, painting/drawing or anything in the creative arts and dancing. I have been active in the ballroom/latin dance world for over 20 years and hope for many more. As a Physical Therapist, I promise to bring forward flow, a positive perspective and a mission to bring patients closer to what inspires them...and dance with joy when it occurs.
